目的了解高宝邵湖区7县(市、区)2004~2011年血吸虫病防治效果和疫情现状,探讨防治新策略。方法每年3~5月份,采取系统抽样结合环境抽查法进行钉螺调查;每年6~9月采用网捞法和稻草帘诱螺法开展钉螺扩散监测。每年对高宝邵湖区的居民、渔船民、垦种人员、养殖户和流动人口等采用胶体染料试纸条法进行血吸虫病筛查,阳性者采用Kato-katz法(1粪3检)进行粪检。结果 2004~2011年各年度有螺面积125.61~321.80hm2,其中新发现有螺面积17.97hm2,2011年有螺面积较2004年下降52.94%;解剖钉螺54 275只,未发现感染者;累计打捞漂浮物9 835㎏,投放稻草帘860块,未发现钉螺,血清学查病163 103人次,阳性875人,阳性率0.54%;粪检4 164人次,检出病人37例,感染率为0.02%。自2007年起未再发现当地感染血吸虫病病例,4县(市、区)达到血吸虫病传播阻断标准,3市(区)达到血吸虫病传播控制标准。结论高宝邵湖区血吸虫病疫情已得到有效控制,但仍需压缩钉螺面积、防止传染源输入、控制传播因素。
Objective To understand the control effect and epidemic situation of schistosomiasis in 7 counties (cities and districts) in Shaowa district of Kaohbotang from 2004 to 2011 and to explore new strategies for prevention and treatment. Methods From March to May every year, snail surveys were conducted by systematic sampling combined with environmental sampling method. Snail diffusion monitoring was conducted by net fishing method and straw curtain snail method from June to September every year. Schistosomiasis screening is carried out every year on Kaohsiung Shaohu residents, fishing boat people, cultivators, farmers and floating population using the colloidal dye test strip method, and positive cases are subjected to dung by Kato-katz method Check Results From 2004 to 2011, there were 125.61 ~ 321.80hm2 snail areas in each year, of which newly discovered snail area was 17.97hm2. In 2011, the number of covered areas decreased by 52.94% in 2004; 54,275 snails were dissected and no infected persons were found; There were 860 rice straw curtains, 860 rice straw curtains were not found, 163 103 were serological tests, 875 were positive, the positive rate was 0.54%; 4 164 were stool tests, and 37 were detected. The infection rate was 0.02%. No cases of local schistosomiasis infection have been found since 2007, and four counties (cities, districts) have reached the standard of blocking schistosomiasis transmission, and three cities (districts) have reached the standard of transmission control of schistosomiasis. Conclusion The epidemic situation of schistosomiasis in Gaobao Shaohu District has been effectively controlled, but it still needs to compress snail snail area to prevent the input of infection sources and control the transmission factors.
