目的研究枇杷叶三萜酸(TAL)对急、慢性炎症的抑制作用。方法采用二甲苯诱导的小鼠耳肿胀、冰醋酸诱导的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性实验、角叉菜胶诱导的大鼠足爪肿胀、棉球诱导的大鼠肉芽肿和福氏完全佐剂诱导的大鼠佐剂性关节炎模型,观察TAL的抗炎作用。结果TAL(75、225、675mg/kg)ig给药对二甲苯诱导的小鼠耳肿胀和冰醋酸引起的腹腔毛细血管渗出有明显的抑制作用;TAL(50、150、450mg/kg)ig给药可明显减轻角叉菜胶诱导的大鼠足爪肿胀、棉球诱导的大鼠肉芽肿和AA大鼠的原发性、继发性炎症病变。进一步研究表明,TAL(0.05、0.5、5、50mg/L)体外给药可增加ConA、LPS诱导的AA大鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖反应和IL-2的产生,同时抑制AA大鼠PMФ产生过高的IL-1。结论TAL具有良好的抗炎作用。
Objective To study the inhibitory effects of triterpenoid triterpenic acid (TAL) on acute and chronic inflammation. METHODS: Xylene-induced mouse ear swelling, acetic acid-induced capillary permeability in mice, carrageenan-induced rat paw swelling, cotton ball-induced rat granuloma, and Freund’s complete adjuvant Agent-induced rat adjuvant arthritis model, observe the anti-inflammatory effects of TAL. Results ig (75, 225, 675 mg/kg) ig administration significantly inhibited the xylene-induced mouse ear swelling and acetic acid-induced peritoneal capillary exudation; TAL (50, 150, 450 mg/kg) ig Administration significantly reduced carrageenan-induced rat paw swelling, cotton ball-induced rat granuloma, and primary and secondary inflammatory lesions in AA rats. Further studies showed that TAL (0.05, 0.5, 5, 50 mg/L) in vitro administration increased the splenic lymphocyte proliferation and IL-2 production in ConA, LPS-induced AA rats, and inhibited excessive PM production in AA rats. IL-1. Conclusion TAL has good anti-inflammatory effects.
