高职院校的学生能否熟练地应用英语,也成为能否适应市场经济发展需求,能否在就业市场上具有更强的竞争力的标准之一。然而,实践中,大学英语教学却存在众多不尽如人意的地方:比如上课时无法互动,课堂气氛沉闷,学生的英语水平尤其是应用能力达不到要求,听不懂,说不出,写不了,英语教学费时低效,每每提到英语学习,学生自卑心理油然而生,厌学情绪日益严重。本文从教学管理部门,教师,学生三方不同角度出发,论述了如何提高高职院校大学英语教学的效率,力争使教学更富成效。
The ability of students in higher vocational colleges to apply English proficiently has also become one of the criteria that can meet the demand of market economy development and whether they can have more competitiveness in the job market. However, in practice, there are many unsatisfactory places in college English teaching. For example, students can not interact in class, the classroom atmosphere is boring, the students’ English level can not meet the requirements of application ability, can not understand or can not say No, English teaching is time-consuming and inefficient, often referred to English learning, students spontaneity arises spontaneously, tired of learning emotional increasingly serious. This article discusses how to improve the efficiency of college English teaching in higher vocational colleges from the different perspectives of teaching administration department, teachers and students, and tries to make teaching more productive.
