通过对机车主变压器故障的常规理化指标、变压器油的气相色谱分析三比值编码、产气速率、油中溶解气体量值关系等4方面的研究分析,来预测和判断机车变压器内部的潜在故障。对SS3型0013号机车主变压器进行吊芯检查,发现变压器A柱低压线圈有严重扭曲和鼓包现象,且其引线出线头连接铜排和绝缘木夹变形也很严重,X柱低压线圈绝缘筒也有烧损情况,成功地预防了一起变压器爆炸事故。
Through the research and analysis of the conventional physical and chemical indexes of locomotive main transformer fault, the three-ratio code of gas chromatographic analysis of transformer oil, the gas production rate and the relationship between the dissolved gas quantity in oil and so on, the potential faults inside the locomotive transformer are predicted and judged. SS3 0013 locomotive main transformer hanging core inspection and found that the transformer A column low voltage coil has a serious distortion and bulge phenomenon, and its lead wire outlet connecting copper bars and insulation folder is also very serious deformation, X-pillar low voltage coil insulation tube also has Burning conditions, successfully prevented a transformer explosion accident.
