近年来,随着公路系统改革的不断深入,对劳动工资统计工作的要求也越来越高,劳动工资的统计也越来越规范。但是,不能否认的是在公路系统劳动工资统计中还存在着个别单位的领导重视不够、统计人员业务素质不高、统计手段不够先进、重结果轻分析等常见的问题。针对这些常出现的问题,如何去应对便成了从事统计工作的人员必须面对、必须解决的课题。
