The preliminary results of several PZT materials for pyroelectric laser energy detectors are reported. In some of the technology made a useful exploration. The results indicate that PZT-4 grade PSN two materials the highest sensitivity. Use the mesh back electrode to increase sensitivity. Carbon black absorber layers reduce component costs.
