活塞式压缩机在采用进气阀部分行程顶开来调节气量时 ,缸内气体经历了变质量气体压缩过程。对这一过程进行了理论分析 ,导出了缸内气体压力变化的微分方程。根据此微分方程的数值解可以理论计算出所调节的气量。这在实验上得到了验证 ,并且理论计算与实际计算之间误差在 5 %以内[1] 。
Piston compressor intake valve part stroke in the top to adjust the gas, the cylinder gas undergoes a variable mass gas compression process. This process is theoretically analyzed and the differential equation of gas pressure in cylinder is deduced. According to the numerical solution of this differential equation, the amount of gas to be adjusted can be calculated theoretically. This is verified experimentally, and the error between the theoretical calculation and the actual calculation is within 5% [1].
