在生态经济的产业集群中,企业间会因为物质交换而形成共生网络,并实现产业集聚和生态经济两方面的有效互动,可实现经济发展与环境保护双赢,步入可持续发展。文章分析了制约生态产业集群发展模式运行的诸多因素,提出通过整合产权关系;建设公共体系;创建集群品牌;打造绿色社区;推进绿色产业;加强文化和法律建设等对策,促进鄱阳湖生态经济产业集群的发展。 In the industrial cluster of ecological economy, enterprises will form a symbiosis network through material exchange and achieve effective interaction between industrial agglomeration and ecological economy, thus achieving a win-win situation between economic development and environmental protection and stepping into a sustainable development. This article analyzes many factors restricting the operation mode of eco-industrial clusters and proposes some countermeasures such as integrating property right relations, building public system, creating cluster brand, building green community, promoting green industry, strengthening culture and legal construction, and promoting the development of Poyang Lake Eco-economic Industry Cluster development.
