目的比较不同压力性尿失禁问卷评分初产妇的分娩期间产科因素相关指标。方法连续选择166例分娩期间压力性尿失禁(SUI)妇女,入选者均为足月单胎初产妇,她们在产后6~8周接受了压力性尿失禁问卷评分,比较其分娩期间产科因素相关指标。结果轻度SUI初产妇(≤6分,125例)组的剖宫产和阴道顺产例数均明显多于中、重度SUI组(>7分,41例),而前者中第2产程时间、产钳助产例数和新生儿体重均明显少于中、重度SUI初产妇(P均<0.01~0.05)。结论中、重度SUI初产妇常常存在第2产程时间长、产钳助产多和新生儿体质量重等围产期临床表现。
Objective To compare the obstetric-related factors during delivery among primiparous women with different stress incontinence questionnaires. Methods A total of 166 consecutive SUI women during childbirth were enrolled in this study. All infants were full-term singleton primiparous women. All of them were assessed with stress urinary incontinence questionnaire 6 to 8 weeks after delivery. The obstetric factors index. Results The number of cesarean section and vaginal delivery in mild SUI primipara (≤6 points, 125 cases) were significantly higher than those in moderate and severe SUI group (> 7 points and 41 cases), while the second part of labor time, The number of midwifery and birth weight and neonatal weight were significantly less than moderate and severe pre-term SUI (P <0.01 ~ 0.05). Conclusions The moderate and severe primipara of SUI often have the perinatal clinical manifestations such as prolonged second stage of labor, multiple forceps and midwifery.
