目的:探讨青春期开始时间早晚对男、女生抽烟喝酒行为的影响。方法:整群抽取11-18岁的男生和女生共1095人,采用青春期发育量表、青少年抽烟喝酒情况调查表进行测量。结果:1大部分青少年的青春期开始时间都在“正常”范围内,达到70%,只有一小部分的青少年属于“早熟”或“晚熟”;2男生的吸烟率显著高于女生,但在喝酒行为上不存在显著差异;随着年级的增长,青少年的抽烟行为显著增加,但喝酒行为不存在显著差异;3青春期开始时间在男生抽烟、喝酒中存在显著差异,但在女生中不存在显著差异,适时发育组男生的吸烟率最高,早熟组的男生有最高比率的喝酒行为。结论:青春期开始时间早晚可能对男、女生的抽烟喝酒行为都有一定的影响。
Objective: To investigate the effect of the start of puberty on smoking and drinking behavior of male and female students. Conclusion: The onset of puberty may affect the smoking behavior of both men and women to a certain extent.
