作为企业文化软实力的重要源泉——企业文化,是我国民营企业必须重视且持续发展的文化建设。企业文化的建设需要采取有效的建设路径作为长久持续的推进。我国民营企业在企业文化建设中存在许多误区。过分追求企业表面化、形式化的建设,从而忽视了内在实质性文化建设,使得民营企业在社会责任、企业文化等建设上面缺乏长远目标和战略性的思考。民营企业的文化建设应该从整体大环境出发,认清当前经济发展趋势,树立正确的发展观,将企业文化建设与追求经济利益相结合,形成经济文化的双重可持续发展。
As an important source of the soft power of corporate culture - the corporate culture is the cultural construction that our private-owned enterprises must pay attention to and continue to develop. The construction of corporate culture needs to take an effective path of construction as a long-term and sustainable development. China’s private enterprises in the building of enterprise culture, there are many errors. Excessive pursuit of the enterprise surface and formal construction, thus ignoring the inner substantive cultural construction, making private enterprises in the social responsibility, corporate culture construction above lack of long-term goals and strategic thinking. The cultural construction of private enterprises should proceed from the overall environment, understand the current economic development trends, establish a correct concept of development, and combine the building of enterprise culture with the pursuit of economic interests to form a dual and sustainable economic and cultural development.
