文中概述国内在激光加工领域常用的几种激光器;纵向快速流动CO_2激光器;横向CO_2激光器;200～400WYAG激光器等。着重介绍用激光热处理时对横向CO_2激光器的技术要求。由于激光处理目前除相变硬化外还要求激光表面熔覆、合金化、微凸体处理,甚至还要求大工件的激光焊接等,所以要求大功率低阶模输出。此外由于连续生产的要求(1)要求自动充排气系统。
In this paper, several lasers commonly used in the field of laser processing are summarized in the paper; longitudinally fast-moving CO_2 laser; lateral CO_2 laser; 200 ~ 400WYAG laser and so on. Emphatically introduces the technical requirements for horizontal CO_2 laser when laser heat treatment. Due to the current laser processing in addition to phase transformation hardening also requires laser surface cladding, alloying, asperity processing, and even requires large parts of the laser welding, etc., so require high-power low-order mode output. In addition, due to continuous production requirements (1) requires automatic filling exhaust system.
