使用中的4125型柴油机,因某些原因换装喷油泵(新泵或校修泵)后,为了获得良好的经济性和动力性,常采用“定时管”法进行供油时间的检查。当供油时间处于非最佳状态时,需改变花键接盘与喷油泵驱动齿轮固定螺钉的孔位进行调整,但有时却会出现不能“正时”的现象: 1.如弧长处于22.5～28.5毫米标准值时,则花键接盘与喷油泵驱动齿轮的螺钉孔位不能相对。 2.如螺钉孔位相对,则供油时间过早甚至不能起动。
In the use of 4125 diesel engine, for some reason after the refueling pump (new pump or repair pump), in order to obtain good economy and power, often using “timing tube ” method to check the fuel supply time . When the oil supply time is not the best condition, the need to change the spline plate and the pump drive gear fixing screw holes to adjust, but sometimes there will be no “timing ” phenomenon: 1. If the arc length at 22.5 ~ 28.5 mm standard value, then the spline access plate and the pump drive gear screw hole can not be relative. 2. If the relative screw hole, the fuel supply time is too early or even start.
