加工方孔内的4个凸台,原采用高速钢拉刀一次成形,因工件材料为铸铁,其冷硬层使拉刀很快损坏。改用刨插先去除冷硬层,使效率降低,为此我们设计了一种硬质合金焊接镶齿拉刀。 如图所示,该拉刀刀体材料为45钢,加工顺序为:粗加工—→调质—→半精加工—→铣镶齿槽—→焊接(铜焊)—→低温时效—→精磨。本拉刀拉削图形为渐成式,刀片材料为YG8硬质合金,考虑到镶齿的强度限制,采用了较小的齿升量fz,前角γ_0及刃带宽ba_1
The four bosses in the square hole of the processing are formed by a former high-speed steel broach. Since the workpiece material is cast iron, the chilled layer causes the broach to be damaged rapidly.
