应用放射免疫分析方法,测定了16只哮喘豚鼠下呼吸道各部组织和循环血液中降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的水平。与健康对照组(气管52.6±20.3,支气管58.3±16.1,左肺上叶65.2±14.6 pg/g,血液130.6±32.3 pg/ml(?)±SD)相比,哮喘豚鼠下呼吸道和血液中CGRP的水平(气管68.8±15.5,支气管77.6±20.5,左肺上叶83.3±18.7ps/g湿重P<0.05;血液193.6±26.5 Pg/ml(?)±sD P<0.001)显著升高。这些结果提示,CGRP可能参与哮喘发作的病理生理过程,是其发作的因素之一。
Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the levels of calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) in tissues and circulating blood in the lower respiratory tract of 16 asthmatic guinea pigs. Compared with the healthy control group (trachea 52.6±20.3, bronchus 58.3±16.1, left upper lobe 65.2±14.6 pg/g, blood 130.6±32.3 pg/ml(±)±SD), CGRP in the lower respiratory tract and blood of asthmatic guinea pigs The levels (trachea 68.8±15.5, bronchus 77.6±20.5, left upper lobe 83.3±18.7 ps/g wet weight P<0.05; blood 193.6±26.5 Pg/ml (±)±sD P<0.001) were significantly elevated. These results suggest that CGRP may be involved in the pathophysiological process of asthma attacks and is one of the factors that contribute to its onset.
