通过对在用锅炉的能效测试可以找出锅炉设计、制造、安装特别是使用中存在的能耗问题。大连市锅炉压力容器检验研究院于2011年对200台在用工业锅炉进行了能效测试(燃煤锅炉为主)。通过对测试结果的统计、分析,初步了解、掌握了大连市工业锅炉目前的运行状况以及存在的能耗问题。1测试结果统计对200台工业锅炉测试结果进行了统计,锅炉运行负荷绝大多数在50%~75%之间,“大马拉小车现象”严重。排烟温度、过量空气系数、炉渣含碳量、锅炉热效率统计结果见表1及比对图(见图1~图4):
By testing the energy efficiency of the boiler in service, it is possible to find out the energy consumption problems existing in the design, manufacture and installation of the boiler, especially in use. Dalian Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspection Institute conducted energy efficiency tests on 200 industrial boilers in 2011 (mainly coal-fired boilers). Through the statistics, analysis and preliminary understanding of the test results, we have mastered the current operating conditions and the existing energy consumption problems of industrial boilers in Dalian. 1 Test Results Statistics The statistics of 200 industrial boiler test results, the vast majority of boiler operating load of 50% to 75%, " Exhaust gas temperature, excess air coefficient, slag carbon content, boiler thermal efficiency statistics in Table 1 and the comparison diagram (see Figure 1 to Figure 4):
