以前,我们厂加工图1所示工件的刻线时,是在立式铣床上,用手摇动分度头和工作台手柄的方法,一条一条刻制出来的。这种加工方法,生产效率较低,两个人配合工作,八小时只能加工出二十个工件。后来我们采用了滚压刻线的方法。起初我们采用了一比一的连续式滚压形式,将刻线滚刀做成一百个刀齿与工件对滚。由于这种工件是在锥度比较大的圆锥面上刻线,工件刻线部位的径向尺寸很难加工
