对44例原发于皮肤粘膜的恶性黑色累瘤(恶黑)进行光镜观察及HMB45,S—100蛋白,Vimentim免疫组化研究。光镜见恶黑瘤细胞形态及细胞排列方式多种多样,易与各种低分化癌、肉瘤、淋巴瘤相混淆。HMB45、S—100蛋白、Vimentin免疫组化检测,其阳性率分别为88.6%,95.5%。幻。7%。结果提示,HMB45对恶黑具有较高的特异性和敏感性,对恶黑的诊断有重要意义。S—100蛋白,Vimentin对恶黑有较高的敏感性,两者配合使用,对恶黑的诊断有辅助作用。
