目的 探讨 NMDA受体亚基 (NMDAR1和 NMDAR2 A / B)在大鼠脊髓前角的细胞学定位和生后发育特征。 方法 免疫组织化学染色技术。 结果 NMDAR1与 NMDAR2 A / B免疫反应产物丰富地分布在脊髓前角 Rexed 和 层内 ,主要定位于神经元胞体、树突和轴突样纤维终末上。生后早期的 NMDAR1和 NM-DAR2 A/ B表达具有明显的动态变化 ,生后 7d(P7)的表达微弱 ,随后逐渐上调 ,至 P2 1达高峰水平。然后维持此水平至成年。 结论 NMDAR1和 NMDAR2 A是构成脊髓前角神经元功能性 NMDA受体的重要亚基 ,NMDA受体可能参与生后早期运动神经元成熟或可塑性调控过程。
Objective To investigate the cytological localization and postnatal development of NMDA receptor subunits (NMDAR1 and NMDAR2 A / B) in rat spinal cord anterior horn. Methods Immunohistochemical staining technique. Results The immunoreactive products of NMDAR1 and NMDAR2 A / B were abundantly distributed in the anterior spinal cord of Rexed and in the lamina propria. They mainly localized on the terminals of neurons soma, dendrites and axonlike fibers. The expression of NMDAR1 and NM-DAR2 A / B in the early postnatal period had a significant dynamic change. The expression of NMDAR1 and NMAR-DAR2 A / B in the early postnatal period was significantly weaker than that in the postnatal day 7, and then gradually increased up to the peak level of P2 1. Then maintain this level to adulthood. Conclusion NMDAR1 and NMDAR2 A are important subunits that constitute functional NMDA receptors in spinal cord anterior horn neurons. NMDA receptors may be involved in the regulation of motor neuron maturation or plasticity in early postnatal life.
