采用不同的弯矩调幅值、运用理正结构工具箱对再生混凝土连续叠合梁进行设计,运用Abaqus软件对叠合梁进行了非线性有限元分析。首先比较了两种形式叠合梁的受力性能,然后对比了各种调幅值下再生混凝土叠合梁和普通混凝土整浇梁的受力性能。分析结果表明:新形式的再生混凝土连续叠合梁弯矩重分布性能略好于普通混凝土整浇梁,其结构的整体刚度、抗裂度和普通混凝土连续梁非常接近,再生混凝土适宜应用于连续结构。
Using different bending moment amplitude modulation, Reynolds structure toolbox is used to design the continuous composite beam of recycled concrete, Abiaqus software is used to do nonlinear finite element analysis of the composite beam. Firstly, the mechanical behaviors of two types of composite beams are compared. Then the mechanical properties of recycled concrete beams and normal concrete beams with different amplitude modulations are compared. The analysis results show that the moment redistribution performance of the new form of continuous concrete beam is slightly better than that of ordinary concrete. The overall stiffness and crack resistance of the new form of recycled concrete are very close to that of common continuous concrete beam. Recycled concrete is suitable for continuous structure.
