The endothelium-dependent and non-endothelium-dependent vasodilatation in 60 patients with diabetic limb arterial occlusive disease and 20 healthy controls were detected by high resolution ultrasound and the concentration of TXB26-Keto-PGF1α was measured. Results: The endothelium-dependent vasodilatation in patients was significantly lower than that in the control group, with a trend of aggravating progressively. TXB2 in patients was higher than that in control group, and 6-Keto-PGF1α was lower than that in control group. Endothelium-dependent vasodilatation and TXB2 level Was negative correlation, 6-Keto-PGFα level was positively correlated. Conclusion: There are vasodilation dysfunction in patients with diabetic limb arterial occlusive disease, which is related to the increase of TXB2 and the decrease of 6-Keto-PGF1α.
