本文比较了用刮取法制备的正常小鼠肠腺细胞悬液及其加热制剂(100℃,15min)两者对受照射小鼠肠腺的修复再生作用。光镜、电镜观察及肠腺存活率测定的实验结果表明,无论是肠腺细胞悬液或其加热制剂,均具有同样的促进受照射小鼠肠腺修复再生的作用。因而证明,在刮取法制备的肠腺细胞悬液中,存在着某种或某些耐热的肠腺修复因子。而且证实,此种因子在小鼠腹腔内注射也是有效的。但关于它的化学性质尚需作进一步研究。
This article compares the repair and regeneration of the intestinal glands of irradiated mice by scraping method and normal mouse intestinal cell suspensions and their heated preparations (100°C, 15 min). The results of light microscopy, electron microscopy, and measurement of survival rate of intestinal glands showed that both intestinal gland cell suspensions or their heated preparations have the same effect of promoting the repair and regeneration of intestinal glands in irradiated mice. Thus, it was proved that some or some heat-resistant intestinal gland repair factors exist in scrape-prepared intestinal cell suspensions. And it was confirmed that this factor is also effective in intraperitoneal injection in mice. However, further studies are needed on its chemical properties.
