目的：探讨全程护理干预对腋臭术后并发症的影响。方法：将148例腋臭患者随机分为对照组和干预组各74例，所有患者均在局部浸润麻醉下施行手术，对照组采用常规护理，干预组在常规护理基础上进行术前健康教育、术中护理干预、术后伤口管理、指导家庭护理等全面护理干预措施，及时发现并处理并发症。比较两组术后湿疹样皮炎、伤口感染、皮下积血、皮瓣部分坏死等并发症发生率。结果：干预组与对照组并发症发生率有显著性差异，P<0.05。结论：对腋臭患者给予全面护理干预，可有效减少术后并发症的发生，促进手术疗效，增添美容效果。“,”Objective:Research the the influence of nursing intervention on postoperative complications of bromhidrosis.
