从球头铣刀切削过程中能量不变这一机理出发,系统地研究了球头铣刀切削刀的力学性能,并以严格的数学手段推导出一种基于能量法的新型力学模型,以克服目前国内外铣刀力学建模主要依赖于正交切削实验的缺陷.试验结果表明本文所提出的力学模型能精确地预测球头铣刀切削时的三向受力,具有重要的工程实用价值.
Starting from the mechanism of constant energy in ball milling cutter cutting process, the mechanical performance of ball cutter cutter was studied systematically and a new type of mechanical model based on energy method was deduced by rigorous mathematical method At present, milling cutter mechanics modeling mainly depends on the defects of orthogonal cutting experiments. The test results show that the mechanical model proposed in this paper can predict the three-direction force accurately when cutting the ball-end milling cutter, and has important engineering practical value.
