文章针对某飞行台被试发动机试验要求,设计研发了一套被试发动机液压负载系统。该系统以流量作为加载目标,用于实现对被试发动机转子机械功率的提取与考核,同时考察飞机液压负载对发动机工作稳定性和性能特性的影响。文章介绍了该液压负载系统的结构、控制方式、实现方法及功能特点。试验表明,该液压负载系统能够满足某发动机飞行台试飞过程中液压系统试验的要求。
Aiming at the test requirements of a flight test engine, a set of hydraulic load system of the test engine was designed and developed. The system uses the flow as the loading target, which is used to extract and evaluate the mechanical power of the tested engine rotor. At the same time, the influence of aircraft hydraulic load on the working stability and performance characteristics of the engine is investigated. The paper introduces the structure, control method, realization method and function of the hydraulic load system. The test shows that the hydraulic load system can meet the requirements of the hydraulic system test during flight test of an engine.
