本文给出了对称铺设的复合材料层合板的结构反应(静载下结构的柔韧性*、自振频率及屈曲载荷)对各层纤级铺设角的灵敏度,并给出了最优铺设角应满足的准则。对最优化准则的分析表明,在很一般的条件下,任一最优层合板最多只有四个不同的铺设角度。本文还对静载下矩形板的柔韧性作了大量数值计算,结果有明柔韧性是铺设角的非凸函数;最后本文建议了将数学规划法和准则法结合的一混合优化方法。用它对铺设角进行优化,数值例子说明这种方法是成功的。
In this paper, the structural response of the symmetrically laid composite laminates (the flexibility, natural frequency and buckling load under static loading) to the fiber lay angle of each layer is given and the optimal laying angle Satisfaction guidelines. Analysis of the optimization guidelines shows that under the most general conditions, there is a maximum of only four different lay angles for any given laminate. In this paper, a large number of numerical calculations are made on the flexibility of rectangular plates under static loading. The results show that the non-convex function is the flexibility with lay-out angle. Finally, this paper proposes a hybrid optimization method which combines mathematical programming and criterion methods. Use it to optimize the laying angle, numerical examples show that this method is successful.
