炔雌醇对正常动物造血和造血器官微循环有抑制作用;但对照射动物的造血系统却有保护作用。表现为使CFU-S和CFU-C的放射敏感性降低,(~(14)C-胸腺嘧啶核苷和~(50)Fe)参入脾脏和骨髓的量增加,骨髓及脾脏微循环障碍减轻。给炔雌醇的动物照射后cAMP含量的变化能部分地减轻。可以设想,对辐射敏感的造血组织处于抑制状态下,有利于辐射损伤的修复。
Ethinyl estradiol has inhibitory effect on hematopoiesis and hematopoietic microcirculation of normal animals; however, it has a protective effect on the hematopoietic system of irradiated animals. The decrease of radiosensitivity of CFU-S and CFU-C showed that the amount of (~ (14) C-thymidine and ~ (50) Fe) in spleen and bone marrow increased, and the microcirculation disturbance in bone marrow and spleen was alleviated. Changes in cAMP content after irradiation to ethinylestradiol were partially relieved. It is conceivable that radiation-sensitive hematopoietic tissue is in a repressed state, which is good for the repair of radiation damage.
