我厂以前加工定子模,因校正胎具,工艺存在问题,使大量模具加工后,同心度达不到图纸要求,严重的影响模具质量,利用火花放电来校正,效果良好,同心度可保证在0.2mm—0.04mm以内。方法如下:由于校正工艺的改变其它工艺及加工方法也相应做了些改变。对一般正圆凹模的要求,其它技术要求不变,就是对中心孔要有严格要求,中心孔即是校正工艺孔又是定子模中心定位柱底孔。车工加工模盘时就加工出孔来,留余量0.5mm左右,后经热处理再进行磨削,尺寸精度见附表。
