Many cities will have to abolish the pulse dialing mode, open dual-tone dialing, and a large number of impulse telephones are facing scrapping. The “dual tone dialing board” designed and manufactured by Xiaotong Company of Bengbu City in Anhui Province can make these telephones come back to life.
