目的:分析平颤汤对帕金森病模型动物行为和脑内多巴胺含量的影响。方法:以6-OHDA立体定位、氧化震颤素建立帕金森病动物模型,给予平颤汤治疗,观察帕金森病动物模型行为及脑内多巴胺含量。结果:给予平颤汤后,观察组大鼠脑内多巴胺含量明显高于对照组大鼠,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);给予平颤汤后,大鼠旋转行为显著变化,与给药前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);给予平颤汤后,观察组大鼠震颤行为的阻滞作用明显低于对照组大鼠,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:止颤汤具有一定的抗震颤作用,可提高帕金森病大鼠脑多巴胺含量,以达到治疗目的。
Objective: To analyze the effect of Pingchan Decoction on the animal behavior and dopamine content in Parkinson’s disease model. Methods: Animal models of Parkinson’s disease were established by 6-OHDA stereotaxis and oxotremorine. The rats were treated with Ping-chang decoction and the behavior of Parkinson’s disease and the content of dopamine in the brain were observed. RESULTS: After the rats were given Ping-Fang Soup, the content of dopamine in the brain of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05), and the rat’s rotation behavior was significantly changed The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After the rats were given Ping-shao-Tang, the blocking effect of tremor in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Zhigan Decoction has certain anti-tremor effect, can improve the dopaminergic dopamine content in rats with Parkinson’s disease in order to achieve the purpose of treatment.
