开展深入学习实践科学发展观活动,是党的十七大作出的一项重大战略部署。3月6日,集团公司召开深入学习实践科学发展观活动启动动员大会,对全系统开展学习实践活动进行安排部署。会议明确了“深入学习实践科学发展观,建设具有较强国际竞争力的跨国能源化工公司”这一中国石化开展学习实践活动的主题,提出必须着力研究解决好油气增储上产、拓展市场空间、保障安全生产、促进和谐稳定和反腐倡廉建设等五个问题,推进中国石化持续有效和谐发展。为紧密配合这次活动,本期刊登了集团公司党组书记、总经理苏树林关于深入学习实践科学发展观活动的文章,并开始增设《深入学习实践科学发展观》专栏,突出宣传科学发展观的科学内涵、精神实质和根本要求,宣传开展学习实践活动的重大意义,宣传活动开展的好经验、好做法和先进典型,推进学习实践活动扎实有效开展。
