“养成教育”是培养学生成为“德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人”的重要方法 ,需要学校和家庭共同参与,然而二者在具体的实践过程中却存在严重脱节。学校应发挥自身在实施“养成教育”过程中的作用,在加强教师对“养成教育”内涵的理解、做好细致的设计方案和管理制度的前提下,通过课程育人、管理育人、文化育人、评价育人等途径,培养小学生的良好习惯。
