基于焊接过程有限元分析理论,考虑材料随温度变化的热物理性能和对流、辐射换热边界条件,应用SYSWELD焊接专用有限元分析软件,对摩托车后平叉CO2保护焊接全过程进行了数值仿真,分析了焊接过程瞬态温度场的演变,预测了焊接结构冷却至室温状态时的残余变形和残余应力分布,并进行了理论分析。
Based on the finite element analysis theory of welding process, considering the thermophysical properties of materials with temperature changes and the boundary conditions of convection and radiation heat exchange, the whole process of CO2 protection welding of backspring of motorcycle was simulated by SYSWELD welding finite element analysis software The evolution of the transient temperature field in the welding process was analyzed. The residual deformation and residual stress distribution were predicted when the welded structure was cooled to room temperature, and the theoretical analysis was carried out.
