沈阳油田抽油机井平均泵挂为1950米,并多为斜井,井斜、深泵挂导致抽油机井管杆发生弯曲,使管杆产生磨损。目前沈阳油田处于开发中后期,综合含水达到81%,高含水生产加剧了油井的偏磨。根据油井生产情况、偏磨产生的各种因素,结合抽油机井杆管偏磨的力学分析,针对不同偏磨井实施适合的防偏磨措施是保证油井正常生产的重要措施。
Shenyang Oilfield pumping wells average pump hanging to 1,950 meters, and more inclined shaft, well oblique, deep pump hanging led to pumping rod wells bent, so that the rod wear. At present, Shenyang Oilfield is in the middle and late development stage, and the comprehensive water content reaches 81%. The high water cut production aggravates the partial wear of oil wells. According to the production situation of oil well and various factors of partial wear, combined with mechanics analysis of eccentric wear of the rod pipe of pumping well, the suitable anti-eccentric wear measures for different partial well are the important measures to ensure the normal production of oil well.
