目的:探讨数字X线摄影在儿童支原体肺炎诊断和治疗中的应用,完善和提高X线在诊断和鉴别诊断中的作用。方法:对252例支原体肺炎患儿进行数字X线投照,对所得所有胸片图像进行分级评定。结果:252张胸片图像中:甲片242张(96.0%),乙片9张(3.6%),丙片1张(0.4%)。所有肺炎患儿X线平片均有肺部异常表现,病变位于双侧肺112例(44.3%),单侧肺140例(55.7%)。结论:数字X线对于小儿肺部检查成功率高,应用灵活,能满足临床需求。数字X线能为快速诊断小儿胸部的疑难疾病、判断疾病的转归及治疗方案的调整提供有力的依据。
Objective: To explore the application of digital radiography in the diagnosis and treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumonia, and to improve and enhance the role of X-ray in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Methods: 252 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia in children under the digital X-ray projection, all the resulting chest radiograph grading assessment. Results: Of the 252 chest radiographs, 242 (96.0%) were A tablets, 9 (3.6%) Acetyl tablets and 1 (0.4%) Acetone tablets. All children with pneumonia had abnormal pulmonary manifestations of X-ray. The lesions were located in 112 cases (44.3%) of bilateral lungs and 140 cases (55.7%) of unilateral lungs. Conclusion: The digital X-ray has a high success rate for pediatric lung examination and flexible application to meet the clinical needs. Digital X-ray can provide a strong basis for the rapid diagnosis of difficult diseases in children’s chest, judging the prognosis of the disease and the adjustment of the treatment plan.
