为评价三磷酸腺苷影响房室结传导的作用特点及其对动脉血压的影响,82例病人在窦性心律下经股静脉快速推注三磷酸腺苷0.1mg·kg-1(A组),0.2mg·kg-1(B组),0.3mg·kg-1(C组)或生理盐水(D组),对17例患者同时进行动脉血压监测。结果表明,与D组相比,A、B、C三组对房室结的阻断作用、药物不良反应发生率、血压降低等均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。药物不良反应发生率与剂量呈正相关。提示三磷酸腺苷应用宜个体化、标准化,推荐从0.1mg·kg-1起逐渐加量
To evaluate the effect of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) on the atrioventricular nodal conduction and its effect on arterial blood pressure, 82 patients were rapidly injected adenosine triphosphate (A group) 0.1 mg · kg-1 (0.2 mg · kg- arterial blood pressure monitoring was performed in 17 patients at the same time. The arterial blood pressure was measured at the same time point (kg-1, group B), 0.3 mg · kg-1 (group C) or saline (group D) The results showed that compared with group D, A, B, C three groups of atrioventricular block, adverse drug reactions, blood pressure decreased significantly (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse drug reactions and dose was positively correlated. Prompt application of adenosine triphosphate should be individualized, standardized, it is recommended from 0.1mg · kg-1 from the gradual increase
