目的讨论山西大同大学医学院学生羞怯与烦恼心理状况及两者间的关系,以提高其身心健康水平。方法对189名医学生用随机抽样的方法,运用烦恼心理问卷、羞怯量表进行测量。结果 1男生来自人际关系、学业压力的烦恼显著高于女生(t人际关系=2.138,P=0.034;t学业压力=2.580,P=0.011);2美容系各烦恼因子均高于心理系(t人际关系=-3.312,P=0.001;t缺乏自信=-3.289,P=0.001;t前途迷茫=-3.549,P=0.000;t学业压力=-3.570,P=0.000;t经济压力=-3.874,P=0.000),在羞怯上没显著差异;3有班级管理经验者羞怯程度显著低于没有班级管理经验者(t=-3.425,P=0.001),而在烦恼上差异不显著;4羞怯、缺乏自信、前途迷茫、经济压力存在年级差异(t羞怯=5.932,P=0.001;t缺乏自信=5.975,P=0.001;t前途迷茫=4.507,P=0.004;t经济压力=6.980,P=0.000);5烦恼各因子均与羞怯相关显著,缺乏自信和经济压力可解释羞怯的21.6%(R2=0.216)。结论大学生羞怯与烦恼心理状况水平良好;性别、专业和年级对烦恼存在影响;班级管理经验和年级对羞怯存在影响;来自缺乏自信和经济压力的烦恼可预测羞怯。
Objective To discuss the psychological status of shy and troubled students in Shanxi Datong University School of Medicine and the relationship between the two in order to improve their physical and mental health. Methods 189 medical students using random sampling method, the use of psychological questionnaire, shyness scale measurement. Results 1 boys from interpersonal relationships, academic pressure troubles were significantly higher than girls (t interpersonal relationship = 2.138, P = 0.034; t academic pressure = 2.580, P = 0.011); 2 beauty department troubles factor higher than the Department of Psychology T = -3.549, P = 0.000; t academic pressure = -3.570, P = 0.000; t economic pressure = -3.874, t = P = 0.000), there was no significant difference in shyness; 3 shyness in class management experience was significantly lower than that in no class management experience (t = -3.425, P = 0.001) (T timidity = 5.932, P = 0.001; t lack of confidence = 5.975, P = 0.001; t confusion = 4.507, P = 0.004; t economic pressure = 6.980, P = 0.000 ); 5 worry all factors are significantly related to shyness, lack of self-confidence and financial stress explain 21.6% of shyness (R2 = 0.216). Conclusions College students are in a good state of being shy and troubled; sex, majors and grades have an impact on troubles; class management experience and grades have an impact on shyness; and troubles from lack of self-confidence and financial stress can predict shyness.
