电子商务的发展为人类开辟了新的生活和工作空间,使企业与企业、企业内部各职能部门以及企业与消费者之间的商务流程发生革命性的变革。在电子商务条件下,网络成为企业内部信息交流的主要工具,“多对多”改变了以往“一对一”的信息传递方式,一跃而成为信息传递的主流模式。在这种情况下,传统的业务流程将不适应。企业必须对原有的业务流程进行战略上的重新设计,构造出适应电子商务条件的更高效率的业务流程。
The development of e-commerce has opened up a new living and working space for mankind, and revolutionized the business processes between enterprises and enterprises, various functional departments within enterprises and between enterprises and consumers.
