吴组缃生前长期在北京大学讲授“中国小说史”等课程,并撰写了讲义,有些内容没有整理成论文发表。近期发现的吴组缃的遗作与讲义,对《金瓶梅》、《聊斋志异》均有深入研究。《论金瓶梅》对这部小说的主题作了新的阐释,认为《金瓶梅》是一部政治历史小说,提出了我国封建社会后期面临变革之际具有重大意义的症结问题。《聊斋志异讲稿》阐释蒲松龄的人生际遇与其思想形成、创作特色之关系,解读《聊斋志异》中人物形象的思想内涵与艺术创新,均有不少精辟见解。吴组缃研究小说,反对将文学反映论简单化,重视作家的作用,总是将作品——作家——生活三者结合起来考察。吴组缃论小说,有如小说家谈自己的创作一般,将作家的创作意图、人物描写、情节安排说得入木三分。
During his lifetime, Wu group taught at Peking University for a long time, such as “History of Chinese Fiction” and wrote lectures. Some of his articles were not published in papers. Recent discoveries of the Wu group 缃 the remains and handouts, on the “Golden Lotus”, “Strange Stories” have in-depth study. “Jin Ping Mei” made a new interpretation of the theme of this novel, holding that “Jin Ping Mei” is a political and historical novel that puts forward the crux of the issue that is of great significance in the face of the reform in the late feudal society in China. Strange Tales from a Lonely Studio explain the relationship between Pu Songling’s life experiences and his ideological formation and creative features. There are quite a few insightful insights into the ideological connotation and artistic innovation of the characters in Strange Tales from a Lonely Studio. Wu Zuoyu’s research fiction objected to simplifying the theory of literary reflexology, attaching importance to the writer’s role and always examining the work-writer-life combination. Wu group to talk about novels, like a novelist talk about his own writing in general, the writer’s creative intentions, character descriptions, plotting put it third.
