Beijing dialect in the first two on the pitch when the first accent is an interesting, so far unresolved issue. This paper analyzes some of the more influential views on this accent accentuation, including “up”, “up”, “up” and “up” and so on. This paper argues that in these views, the “second half” opinion deserves special attention. This can not only relieve Zhao Yuan Ren “phoneme crossover ” confusion, but also more in line with the actual use of language. In terms of naming this transliteration, this paper holds that the name “ascended to the west” is preferable because it can show the basic characteristics of the transliteration such as “Shang” and distinguish it from " Yang flat this tune, on the other hand has a greater flexibility on the interpretation.
