2003年6月25日~7月11日,滁河流域持续暴雨,最大1d、3d、7d降雨量分别达133mm、270mm、418mm,均超过1991年。其中,最大1d降雨量约20年一遇,最大3d、最大7d降雨量约100年一遇。本文通过实测资料,分析了本次暴雨、洪水过程,时段雨量及重现期、洪水的特点、水利工程体系在抵御洪水中的作用,可为防汛抗洪、水情预报提供科学依据。
From June 25 to July 11, 2003, the heavy rainfall continued in the Chuhe River basin, with the rainfall reaching 133mm, 270mm and 418mm respectively at the maximum of 1d, 3d and 7d, all of which exceeded that of 1991. Among them, the maximum 1d rainfall about once every 20 years, the maximum 3d, maximum 7d rainfall about 100 years once. Based on the measured data, this paper analyzes the characteristics of heavy rain, flood process, period rainfall and recurrence period, flood and the role of hydraulic system in resisting flood. It can provide scientific basis for flood control and flood fighting and forecast of water regime.
