探讨以无创性方法检测新生儿耳蜗电图的可行性 ,为临床应用提供参考。方法 :应用表面电极以诱发电位诊断仪对 45例正常足月新生儿进行耳蜗电图检测。结果所示 ,所有新生儿在 12 0 d Bpe SPL强度的交替极性短声刺激下 ,均可记录到综合电位和动作电位 ,其振幅较小 ,分别为 0 .15 8± 0 .0 5 7u V和 0 .5 87± 0 .138u V,但波形清晰、稳定、重复性好。在不同 PCA足月儿间以及左右耳间各主要指标比较无显著性差异 ,提示对足月儿可采用统一的正常值标准。因此提示 :应用表面电极检测新生儿耳蜗电图的方法操作简便、结果可靠 ,属非损伤性 ,可在一定程度上反映耳蜗毛细胞和听神经的功能状态 ,因而对新生儿外周听功能的客观评价具有一定的临床应用价值
To explore the feasibility of noninvasive detection of neonatal electrocochleography for clinical application. Methods: Electrophysiological tests were performed on 45 normal full-term newborns with surface electrodes using evoked potential diagnostic apparatus. As shown in the results, all newborns recorded a combination of potentials and action potentials with alternating polar short-tone stimulation at 12 days of Bpe SPL, with small amplitudes of 0.158 ± 0.507u V and 0.587 ± 0.138u V, but the waveform is clear, stable and reproducible. There was no significant difference in the main indicators among different PCA term infants and between the left and right ears, suggesting a uniform normal value standard for term infants. Therefore, it is suggested that the method of detecting the neonatal cochlear electrode by using the surface electrode is simple, reliable and non-invasive, and can reflect the functional state of the cochlear hair cell and the auditory nerve to a certain extent.
