近几年来,深冲冷轧汽车板(WY08AlA)的性能和质量不断滑坡,通过1988年和1989年的质量攻关,基本上查清了WY08AlA钢质量滑坡的原因。1990年公司再次组织了对WY08AlA钢攻关,使WY08AlA钢的性能和质量指标有大幅度的提高,基本上达到了攻关的目标。1990年1～11月WY08AlA钢的ZF级合格率为51.7％,综合性能合格率为92.6％。原品种合格率为89％。与1989年1～12月相比,分别提高了16.87％、3.47％和0.55％。ZF级的合格率超过1990年攻关目标(45％)6.7％,综合合格率仅差1.4％。本文就1990年攻关采取的措施作简要介绍。
In recent years, the performance and quality of deep-drawn cold-rolled steel (WY08A1A) have been declining. Through the quality research in 1988 and 1989, the reasons for the quality decline of WY08AlA steel have been basically ascertained. In 1990 the company once again organized the WY08A1A steel attack, the WY08A1A steel performance and quality indicators have been greatly improved, basically reached the goal of tackling the problem. From January to November 1990, the passing rate of ZF grade of WY08AlA steel was 51.7%, and the passing rate of comprehensive performance was 92.6%. The original varieties pass rate of 89%. Compared with January-December 1989, they increased by 16.87%, 3.47% and 0.55% respectively. ZF-class pass rate exceeded the 1990 goal (45%) 6.7%, the overall pass rate of only poor 1.4%. This article gives a brief introduction of the measures taken in tackling the problem in 1990.
