消费纠纷由于具有数额小和涉及地域广泛等特性,通常情况下采用诉讼解决方式并不经济实用,消费者也更愿意以非诉的方式解决此类纠纷,而现行的非诉讼的方式对消费者保护的力度明显不够,因此需要进行专业化、现代化改造。主要是提高非诉讼解决方式的效力,以及改革纠纷解决机构的设置,使之成为解决消费纠纷的强力有效的专业机构,为消费者提供快捷、适当的法律服务。
Because of the small amount of consumer disputes and geographical features such as extensive, usually the case of litigation solution is not economical and practical, consumers are more willing to non-litigation to resolve such disputes, and the current non-litigation approach to consumers The intensity of protection is clearly not enough, therefore, specialization and modernization are needed.
