将企业人力资本分为管理型人力资本(包括企业家)、专业型人力资本和普通型人力资本三种类型。从结构视角探寻企业人力资本对组织能力的作用路径。采用结构方程模型对综合作用路径进行实证检验的结论是:首先,企业组织功能性能力提升的最有效措施是增强企业专业型人力资本,而整合性能力提升则主要取决于管理型人力资本;其次,人力资本激励与投资、激励与配置都显著相关,表明了激励与投资和配置的内在一致性。
