采用流动注射在线分离和火焰原子吸收光谱法联用同时测定皮革中三价铬[Cr(Ⅲ)]和六价铬[Cr(Ⅵ)],通过交联淀粉微球分离柱,分离Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)并去除其他离子干扰该方法在0.1~25.0mg/L范围内线性关系良好,方法相对标准偏差为1.9%~3.4%,检出限均为0.5mg/kg,样品分析速度为22样/h与传统的分光光度法相比,可以避免繁琐的样品处理,克服色度的干扰,具有灵敏度高、重现性好的特点,可满足测定皮革中Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)的检测指标要求。
