通过对湘潭锰矿开采过程中采场内因起火的分析,指出:该矿矿体顶板的黑色页岩中的FeS_2的氧化放热反应使温度升高是内因起火的原因。文章还总结了黑色页岩自燃的特点及其对人体的危害,并根据内因起的规律和特点提出了密闭灭火、钻孔灌浆灭火、地表钻孔灌浆灭火、用PS-Ⅱ喷射机向顶板冒落区喷射黄泥(或黄泥加硝石灰)防灭火、注水、注Ca(OH)_2及Na(OH)等灭火措施。
Through the analysis of internal fire in the mining process of Xiangtan manganese ore, it is pointed out that the exothermic reaction of FeS_2 in the black shale at the top of the ore body makes the temperature rise, which is the cause of internal fire. The article also summarizes the characteristics of black shale spontaneous combustion and its harm to the human body. According to the internal rules and characteristics, a closed fire extinguishing, drilling grouting fire extinguishing and surface grouting fire extinguishing are put forward. Fire extinguishing, water injection, injection Ca (OH) _2 and Na (OH) fire extinguishing measures should be taken for spraying yellow mud (or yellow mud and lime mud) in the falling area.
