采用力学性能测试、电导率测试、晶间腐蚀试验以及金相显微镜观察等方法,研究了双级时效处理对7050铝合金挤压棒材力学性能及耐腐性能的影响。结果表明:随着双级时效时间的延长,铝合金的强度、硬度降低,导电率值逐渐增加,同时合金的应力腐蚀敏感性不断降低。当采用双级固溶450℃×1.5 h+495℃×1 h,双级时效120℃×8 h+160℃×8 h热处理制度处理时,7050铝合金的抗拉强度、伸长率和导电率分别为689.4 MPa、12.72%、35.03%IACS,腐蚀等级3级,综合性能最佳。
The effects of two-stage aging treatment on mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of 7050 aluminum alloy extruded bars were studied by mechanical properties test, electrical conductivity test, intergranular corrosion test and metallographic microscope observation. The results show that with the extension of aging time, the strength and hardness of the aluminum alloy decrease, and the conductivity value increases gradually. Meanwhile, the stress sensitivity of the alloy decreases continuously. Tensile strength, elongation and electrical conductivity of 7050 aluminum alloy were investigated in the treatment of heat treatment at 450 ℃ × 1.5h + 495 ℃ × 1h and 120 ℃ × 8h + 160 ℃ × 8h in two-stage solution. The rates were 689.4 MPa, 12.72%, 35.03% IACS, respectively, and the corrosion level was Grade 3 with the best overall performance.
