本文是“98年矿物工程”会议中提交的题为“浮选机设计的改革及未来趋势”重点讲演稿。根据废物处理工业中所 用的设备讨论了浮选机的分类法。综述了7种用于废纸脱墨的浮选机,列出了用于优化浮选系统特性的各种方 法。在试图确定主要的关键参数的过程中,注意到可根据浮选指标与气泡表面积流量(BSAF)比值来比较浮选的 效率,因为不同浮选机的BSAF差别常常很小。因此,可用产生单位BSAF的费用来进行比较。
This article is the keynote speech entitled “Reform and Future Trends of Flotation Machine Design” presented in the “98 Minerals Engineering” Conference. The classification of flotation machines is discussed according to the equipment used in the waste disposal industry. Seven types of flotation machines for deinking wastepaper are reviewed, listing various methods for optimizing the characteristics of the flotation system. In attempting to identify the key parameters, it was noticed that the flotation efficiency could be compared on the basis of the flotation index to bubble surface area flow (BSAF) ratio, since BSAF differences between flotation machines are often small. Therefore, the cost of generating unit BSAF can be compared for comparison.
