衡量农村中小学现代远程教育工程效益高低的明显标志是教育教学应用水平,而教师又是教育教学的设计者和使用者,为了提高教师应用水平和能力,我们印发了远程教育培训实施方案、信息技术全员培训方案等文件,承担了市级卫星收视培训工作,举办了光盘教学模式培训、项目校长管理培训、技术骨干教师培训和学科骨干培训等20余次。在培训工作中,我们采取了一系列培训措施和策略,取得了较好的培训效果。
The obvious sign of measuring the effectiveness of modern distance education projects in rural primary and secondary schools is the level of education and teaching. Teachers are also the designers and users of education and teaching. In order to improve teachers’ application level and capabilities, we have issued distance education training implementation programs and information. Technical staff training programs and other documents, undertook city-level satellite TV training, and organized more than 20 times such as CD-ROM teaching mode training, project principal management training, technical backbone teacher training, and discipline backbone training. In the training work, we adopted a series of training measures and tactics and achieved better training results.
